At Lazy Customs every item is made with care — 
either handcrafted by us or custom-made to order 
through our print-on-demand partner. Here is what 
to expect after you place your order.

## Essential Oils — Local Orders

**Local Pickup**
Ready same day in most cases. We will contact you 
at the email or phone number you provide to confirm 
your pickup window. Pickup location is in 
Salisbury, NC.

**Local Delivery**
Available within 30 miles of Salisbury, NC. 
Free delivery on all oil orders. We will text you 
when we are on the way. Same-day delivery available 
on orders placed before 2 PM.

**In-Person Purchase**
Visit us directly. Contact us first to confirm 
availability and arrange a time.

## Personalized & Print-on-Demand Items

**Production Time**
3 to 5 business days after your order is placed. 
Every item is made specifically for you — 
not pulled from a shelf.

**Shipping Time**
5 to 7 business days after production is complete.

**Total Estimated Time**
8 to 12 business days from order to delivery 
for most personalized items.

**Tracking**
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as 
your order ships.

final sale once production begins. Please double 
check your name, date, or custom text before 
completing your order — we print exactly what 
you submit.
