## How Personalization Works at Lazy Customs
Every item we make carries something that belongs
only to you — a name, a date, a message, a moment.
Here is everything you need to know before
you place your order.

## Step 1 — Choose Your Product
Browse our collection and select the item you
want personalized. Each product page tells you
exactly what information we need from you.

## Step 2 — Enter Your Custom Text
At checkout or on the product page you will see
a personalization field. This is where you type
exactly what you want on your item.
**What you can personalize:**
- First name or full name
- Family name and established date
- A short message or quote
- Initials or monogram
- A special date — anniversary, birthday,
graduation
**Character limits vary by product.**
Each product page lists the maximum
characters allowed.

## Step 3 — Check Your Spelling
We print exactly what you type —
every letter, every space, every capital.
Please review your text carefully before
completing your order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted
by the customer. If you catch a mistake
after ordering contact us immediately at

to correct it before production begins.

## Step 4 — We Make It Just for You
Once your order is placed production begins
within 1 to 2 business days. Your item is
made specifically for you — not pre-made,
not pulled from a warehouse.

## Fonts and Design
Our designs use clean, modern fonts selected
to complement the Lazy Customs brand. At this
time custom font selection is not available.
If you have a specific style request contact
us before ordering and we will do our best
to accommodate you.

## Essential Oils — No Personalization Needed
Our handcrafted essential oils are ready as
described. Each fragrance is named and labeled
by us. No custom text is required for oil orders.

## Returns on Personalized Items
Because every item is made specifically for you
personalized products are final sale once
production begins. We do not accept returns
on personalized items unless there is a defect
or an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect
contact us within 7 days of delivery with
a photo and we will make it right.
